The Marketing Director, Creative & Communications is a strategic and forward-thinking leader responsible for defining and elevating the organization's brand, voice, and visual identity across all channels for Dunlop and Falken branded four-wheel products. This role oversees creative development, internal and external communications, brand strategy, and content creation to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. The Director leads a multidisciplinary team, collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, and ensures all messaging and creative assets align with company objectives and market positioning. Essential Job Functions
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment requiring cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, data management, and vendor/customer interaction. Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams, including managers, with consistent achievement of results. Demonstrated success in fostering positive, ethical work environments and driving organizational growth through internal promotions and cross-functional development. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and practical business expertise will be considered. SKILLS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods, with frequent use of hands and fingers. May require walking on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
